New World Auto Transport at the Marble Falls LakeFest

New World Auto went out to promote our name at the Marble Falls LakeFest for three days of fun in the sun and sea in Marble Falls and on Lake LBJ this past weekend. Showcasing a wide variety of awesome boats, bikes, cars and ATVs, the Marble Falls LakeFest gave the On The Road crew, Steve “Hollywood“ and Daisy “Wild Child” Wells, an awesome chance to promote our business and our up-and-coming prospective reality television show as well as hang out with all the local stars and celebrities.

We’d like to extend a special thanks to Bill Rives of the Marble Falls/Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce for all of the help he gave us regarding photography and filming.

At New World Auto, we’ve been scheduling to hit events nationwide all year long. We’re surrounding ourselves with the best and brightest when it comes to cool people, cool things, cool places while on the road with boats, bikes, cars–you name it, if it has wheels, we’re into it! We’re photographing and filming at most locations and getting great footage for everyone to see, and this weekend we were able to get in another photo shoot as well as footage for our first sizzler reel for our reality show!!

The weekend was marked by veteran drag boat racer, Marty Logan, and his dedication to donate the proceeds from the weekend to the family of Chris Kyle, a Navy SEAL who tragically lost his life while trying to help a troubled veteran after a traumatic tour in Iraq. Kyle’s autobiography, American Sniper, is a New York Times Bestseller, and his widow Taya was present at LakeFest signing copies of his book. Marty Logan put up a goal of $100,000 to donate to the Kyle family by the end of 2013. If you would like to donate to the cause you can click here for more information.

It was super exciting to see all the awesome boats, some of which are 8,000 horsepower and hit up to 260 miles per hour in only 3.55 seconds–nothing like you’ve ever seen or heard! But more than anything, we were just happy to bring the whole family out for the weekend for some fun in the sun and check out the crazy, fast boats! At the same time, we were able to be around such amazing automobiles and promote the New World Auto Transport and Steve Wells brand.

Our film crew will be in tow everywhere we are located to shoot some more dynamic footage for our upcoming reality show!
